**Job Summary**: The CAD Designer is responsible for creating and managing detailed technical drawings and 3D models for products, machinery, or infrastructure projects. This role involves collaborating with engineers, architects, and project managers to bring designs to life, ensuring they meet project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements. The CAD Designer will use computer-aided design software (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Revit) to develop and refine blueprints, plans, and layouts that contribute to efficient production and accurate project execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Drafting and Design**:

- Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings and models for various projects based on specifications provided by engineers and architects.
- Translate conceptual sketches and preliminary designs into detailed, accurate CAD drawings.
- Ensure that all designs adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and project requirements
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with project teams to understand requirements, make design adjustments, and incorporate feedback.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as engineering, manufacturing, and quality control, to ensure accurate and timely project completion.
- **Revisions and Quality Control**:

- Revise drawings as needed based on feedback and technical requirements.
- Perform quality checks to ensure all CAD drawings are free from errors and meet company standards.
- **Project Documentation**:

- Maintain organized records of project files, including drawings, models, and revisions.
- Create and update bills of materials (BOM) and other project documentation.
- **Software Management**:

- Utilize CAD software efficiently to create designs and manage software settings according to project requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest CAD software features and industry trends to improve design efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Associate's degree or certification in Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience as a CAD Designer, preferably in a relevant industry (e.g., manufacturing, construction, engineering).
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of technical drawing and engineering principles.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for design.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with 3D modeling and rendering.
- Knowledge of additional software like Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.
- Previous work in a specific industry, such as construction, manufacturing, or architecture, may be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹31,077.74 per month
