**Job Title**: Tele Caller
**Location**: Santacruz, Mumbai

As a Tele Caller-Loan Sales Specialist, you will be an integral part of our dynamic sales team, responsible for generating leads and converting them into successful loan sales. Your primary focus will be on outbound calling to potential customers, engaging them in conversations, and persuasively presenting our loan products and services. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with strong sales acumen and excellent communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and promote loan products.
- Build rapport and establish a relationship of trust with customers through effective
- communication.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan solutions based on their

requirements.
- Explain loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options clearly and accurately.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of sales.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
- Collaborate with team members and provide support as needed to achieve team goals.
- Uphold compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- **Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in selling loans or related financial products.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a telecalling or sales environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment

- Santacruz, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
