**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases for website optimization.
- Optimize website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and product descriptions, to improve search engine rankings.
- Perform on-page optimization tasks, such as meta tag optimization, header tag optimization, and internal linking.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools, and provide regular reports on keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversions.
- Identify technical issues affecting website performance and collaborate with the development team to resolve them.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and search engine algorithm changes to ensure compliance and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with target keywords and drives organic traffic.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to outperform competitors.
- Manage and optimize off-page SEO activities, including link building, guest blogging, and social media engagement.
- Monitor and respond to user-generated content, comments, and reviews to maintain a positive online reputation.
- Provide recommendations for website design and structure improvements to enhance user experience and search engine visibility.
- Stay informed about the latest SEO developments and attend industry conferences or webinars to enhance knowledge and skills.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an SEO Executive for 1-2 years.
- Strong understanding of search engine optimization techniques and best practices.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structure for on-page optimization.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and WordPress.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and changes.
