**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients with spinal and musculoskeletal disorders.
- Formulate individualized treatment plans based on diagnosis, patient goals, and functional needs.
- Administer manual therapy, spinal rehabilitation techniques, therapeutic exercises, and use of advanced modalities (e.g., decompression therapy, Class IV laser, neuro-muscular stimulation).
- Track patient progress and adapt treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, reports, and documentation.
- Educate patients and their caregivers on condition management, posture correction, ergonomics, and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, chiropractors, and rehab assistants, to ensure a cohesive treatment approach.
- Participate actively in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development initiatives.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene, safety, and patient care throughout treatment sessions.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the relevant State Physiotherapy Council.
- Proven experience in treating spine and orthopedic conditions is preferred.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, kinesiology, and biomechanics, especially related to the spine.
- Proficient in designing structured rehabilitation plans and using therapeutic equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple cases efficiently.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practice.
- High level of loyalty, integrity, and a proactive team-oriented attitude.
