**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **User Research**: Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to understand user needs and behaviors.
- **Wireframing & Prototyping**: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- **UX Design**: Develop and iterate on user-centered designs, considering usability, accessibility, and interaction design.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure designs are feasible and meet project requirements.
- **Usability Testing**: Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs.
- **Design Systems**: Maintain and contribute to a design system, ensuring consistency across all products.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all design elements align with the company’s branding and visual identity.
- **Staying Updated**: Keep up with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- **Tools**: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or similar.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Familiarity with front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (optional but beneficial).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**Soft Skills**: Creative thinker, problem solver, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with motion graphics, animation, or video editing.
- Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Knowledge of user testing and analytics tools.
