**Job Title**: Telecaller - Sales Executive

**Location**: Vibhuti Khand, Lucknow

**Salary**: ₹12000/month - ₹45,000/month

**Department**: Sales & Business Development

**Reports To**: Sales Manager / Team Leader

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Cold Calling**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate interest in the company’s products/services.
- Identify potential leads and qualify them through effective conversations and needs analysis.
- **Sales Pitch & Conversion**:

- Present product/service benefits and features to prospects, addressing their needs and objections effectively.
- Work with prospective clients to understand their requirements and convert inquiries into actual sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain a positive relationship with new and existing clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and follow up on leads to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, providing timely solutions to clients' concerns.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, sales, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Provide regular updates to the sales manager on performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- **Follow-Up & Upselling**:

- Follow up with leads to convert them into customers and maximize sales.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
- **Documentation & Administration**:

- Prepare and maintain documentation related to sales, customer details, and contracts.
- Ensure proper handling of all orders and requests for timely processing and delivery.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
