**Basic Function**:
As a Tele-Communication Officer you will be handling calling to the clients regarding different aspects of business assigned by either vertical head or other leaderships. Second task you will handle the learning and professional development of Humana Microfinance’s workforce. It's your job to equip staff with the knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out their work activities effectively.

In other role, you will be performing residual task of Business department and HR department. Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization. Addition to this you will be taking care of reception area and your sitting would be with Tele-calling team.

**Task (HR)**
- Updating and maintaining EMP’s benefits, employment status, and similar records**.**:

- Maintain high Quality in Training & HR documents.( HR files and database)
- Trained staff for ESIC claim and private insurance too.
- Ensuring Background and reference check is completed.
- Enrolled Newly joined employees in ESIC portal with in TAT.
- Data shared with equfiax on monthly basis.
- Publish Monthly Newsletter.
- Designed Recruitment related pamphlet’s.
- Understand Employees grievances and resolved in TAT.
- Maintain HR software.
- Visit is mandatory every month to analysis the area of improvement of the employee.
- Every Visit report share with observations of purpose.

Addition to this when training program will resume, your task would be to

Develop effective induction programmers for new staff, apprentices and graduate trainees, monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers, devise individual learning plans.

Identify training and development needs within the company through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with Operation managers and human resources departments.

**In Field/Branch/Head Office**
- To provide training to each branch staff
- Product knowledge, HR policy & Book Keeping
- To provide training to each branch staff at branch or a central location
- To prepare training visit plan of each branch in advance (at least 14 days) and share the same with reporting officer.
- To provide customized training to new recruit specially.
- To coordinate with HR, Accounts, MIS & Audit team.
- To enhance the staff aware of all policies offer by the organization.
- To provide detailed report of each staff after training.
- To prepare a standard feedback query of training module and take feedback from staff on quality and points of improvement.
- To coordinate tele-caller and credit team regarding improvement in CGT/GRT and other process.
- To conduct surprise visit at branches/staff to see the quality of policy followed by staff while doing CGT/GRT,
- To train the staff on usage software on mobile devices
- To report bugs/error observed at field during the use of mobile device to HO
- To report difficulties/problem faced by staff on the software.

**Conditions**:
Unless otherwise agreed to you in writing by the CEO, you shall not disclose any technical data, code related to MIS, know-how, KYC detail or special information which comes into your possession, whether directly or incidentally during the course of your engagement and the same shall be kept in strict confidence by you solely for the use of HFSPL during the course of your engagement. In addition, any materials collected on behalf of HFSPL, including those items addressed to you for the purpose of carrying out the business, shall remain the property of HFSPL and shall be reverted back to the company at the time of the end of the engagement.

You shall be governed by the general disciplinary rules of the company. In case of any act violating the disciplinary code of conduct or any matter involving the action of moral immorality or any conviction by any statutory authority, your engagement contract shall be terminated with immediate effect.
