**Description**

**Responsibilities**
- Clean and sanitize all areas of the establishment, including dining rooms, restrooms, and kitchen areas
- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, and utensils
- Implement proper waste disposal procedures according to company guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and stock levels of cleaning supplies
- Assist in food preparation by chopping vegetables and fruits, and assembling ingredients
- Ensure that all equipment, such as ovens, stoves, and fryers, are clean and in good working condition
- Maintain a clean and organized back-of-house area, including storage rooms and refrigerators

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience of 1-2 years as a steward or in a similar role
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations in a hospitality setting
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
