**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage the general ledger, ensuring proper recording of all transactions, adjustments, and reconciliations.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for management review.
- Conduct detailed analysis of financial data, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for cost control or process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including tax filings, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Coordinate the preparation for internal and external audits, ensuring that all necessary documentation and schedules are provided.
- Assist in the implementation of accounting systems and process improvements to streamline financial operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decision-making and financial planning.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. or CMA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a senior accountant or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software Tally, sap and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Experience with financial analysis, reporting, and audit processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
