**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and engage on social Media Channels.
- Creating & optimizing Paid Advertisement campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Develop lead magnets & capture forms for qualified lead generation.
- Monitor campaign performance & optimize budgets for ROI.
- Implement A/B testing to identify content variations & website features that drive lead generation.
- Create and Manage content calendars across platforms.
- Working with the design team to launch new campaigns.
- To optimize the website and make constant upgrades.
- Analyse website traffic & conversion data to identify lead sources & optimize landing pages.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) & report on digital marketing effectiveness.
- Foster a data-driven approach & culture of continuous improvement for maximum digital marketing success.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets.
- Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media.
- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends.

Skills Required:

- Social Media Management

- Google Ads/ Google Analytics
- keyword research / SEO / SEM
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite ( illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effects, Figma ).
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
- Graphic Designing and Video Editing

Qualification: UG (Marketing) or PG (Marketing)
