**Job Title**: Welder/Fitter - Manufacturing

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled **Welder/Fitter** to join our manufacturing team. This role involves fabricating and assembling metal structures and equipment used in production, ensuring all components meet design specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and shop drawings to plan layout and assembly of metal components.
- Fit and weld metal parts and structures using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques.
- Operate cutting tools, grinders, and welding equipment to prepare and join materials.
- Assemble manufacturing equipment, machine frames, conveyors, and other plant components.
- Ensure proper fit-up and alignment of components before final welding.
- Inspect completed welds for accuracy, strength, and quality using visual and mechanical inspection methods.
- Maintain tools, welding equipment, and workstations to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and production teams to meet project timelines and requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or welding certification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of welding/fitting experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with MIG and TIG welding; knowledge of Stick and Flux Core a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and fabrication drawings.
- Familiarity with shop math, measuring tools, and material handling equipment.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and safety mindset.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy components and stand for extended periods.

**Work Conditions**:

- Manufacturing floor environment with exposure to noise, welding fumes, and machinery.
- Requires use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Work schedule may include overtime or shift work depending on production needs.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
