We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as **25903748**Officer,**Data Analytics -C11- Hybrid** based in Pune, India. **Qualifications & Experience**:

- 5- 8 years of experience **Data Analytics in risk management**, internal controls, audit, or a similar function within a financial services environment.
- Proven track record of successful collaboration with Technology teams.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts and modern engineering practices (e.g., Agile).
- Experience in workforce planning or forecasting is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of operational risk management frameworks and control principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, concise reports and recommendations.
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
