SCGL is searching for a talented and motivated Men's Wear Fashion Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key role in developing and executing our menswear collections, from concept to production.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify current trends, consumer preferences, and upcoming styles in menswear.
- Develop creative and innovative design concepts for menswear collections, aligned with brand identity and target market.
- Translate design concepts into sketches, technical drawings, and prototypes using hand sketching and/or CAD software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator).
- Source and select high-quality fabrics, trims, and embellishments that meet design specifications and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with the design team, patternmakers, and sample makers to ensure designs are translated accurately into physical garments.
- Oversee the sampling process, providing feedback and making necessary adjustments to achieve the desired fit and quality.
- Work closely with the merchandising and production teams to ensure designs are commercially viable and can be produced within budget and timeframes.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends, têxtiles, and manufacturing techniques.
- Prepare design presentations and mood boards to effectively communicate design concepts to internal and external stakeholders.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
