Hatchery Technician Bdm

Skill Set:

- Deep knowledge of end to end multi species Hatchery operation from Broodstock to Maturation to PL processes.
- Understanding of Feed and Healthcare Regimes and Feedmanagement programs at Nursery Units, Hatcheries and Grow-outs through all stages.
- Water quality parameter monitoring for Hatcheries ,Nurseries and remedial measures
- Understanding of KPI definitions for Hatcheries like Fecundity, Fertility ,Conversion Rates and ability to monitor these metrics at a granular level and their impact on Hatchery performance.
- Understanding of Cost of production of PL at hatcheries and various factors that go into managing the Operating expenses.
- Naupli/ PL Sales and Packing process awareness and Farmer Orientation.
- Knowledge of Hatchery and Nursery Best Management Practices related to Health, Growth ,and Biosecurity.

Job Responsibility:

- Role of a digital hatchery assistant to digitizeall HatcheryOperations on our technology platform.
- Hands-on User Training and on-going Hatchery user support on our software platform.
- Undertake Field techno-sales to demo the product for new hatcheries /brooders/nurseries, build awareness of our digital platform for Aquaculture and brand building around our product offerings.
- Technology awareness ,mobile savvy and active social media presence
