**Key Responsibilities**:

- Train and prepare students for cultural events and youth festivals and events.
- Assist in composing and performing music for competitions and university events.
- Organize and oversee music practice sessions for youth festivals.
- Support cultural clubs in planning and executing musical performances.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve individual and group performances.
- Maintain records of students’ progress and performance.
- Assist in acquiring and maintaining musical instruments and equipment.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proficiency in multiple musical instruments (e.g., guitar, piano, tabla, flute).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Music or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in teaching or training instrumental music.
- Strong organizational and event management skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
