Design Development:

- Develop detailed architectural plans and drawings using CAD

software.
- Ensure designs are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and comply

with local building codes and regulations.

Project Planning:

- Develop project timelines and schedules.
- Estimate costs and create budget proposals.
- Coordinate with other professionals such as engineers, contractors,

and surveyors.

Technical Documentation:

- Prepare detailed construction documents, including blueprints and

specifications.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of architectural plans and details.

Building Code and Regulation Compliance:

- Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and federal building

codes and regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in building laws and regulations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
