**Job Title: Homag Machine Operator**

**Location**: Plot no 85,Industrial area,Phase-2,pacnhkula
**Department**: Production / CNC Operations
**Reports to**: Production Supervisor / Plant Head
**Experience Required**: 1-3 years (preferred with Homag machines)
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate **Homag machines** (e.g., Hpp-180 BHX, CNC, Edgebander).
- Load and align workpieces accurately on the machine.
- Interpret design drawings, programs, and technical specifications.
- Monitor machine operation to ensure quality and precision.
- Conduct routine checks, calibration, and minor maintenance of machinery.
- Detect and troubleshoot errors in operation or material feed.
- Ensure timely completion of production targets with mínimal waste.
- Follow all safety standards and operational protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and order around the machine work area.
- Record production data and report to the supervisor regularly.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Experience in operating **Homag or similar CNC woodworking machines**.
- Understanding of panel processing, cutting, drilling, routing, and edge banding.
- Ability to read production drawings and interpret machine programs.
- Basic understanding of machine maintenance and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Minimum qualification: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Wood Technology preferred.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Experience in the **modular furniture or kitchen manufacturing industry**.
- Knowledge of software like **woodWOP** is a plus.
- Flexible, team-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹11,623.01 - ₹23,275.37 per month

Schedule:
