Job Title: Nutrition Counsellor

Location: Medharbour Hospital, Gurugram

Qualification: Bachelor's in nutrition & Dietetics or equivalent

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct nutritional assessments and evaluate dietary needs of patients.

Design personalized nutrition plans based on medical conditions and health goals.

Counsel patients on healthy eating habits, weight management, disease prevention, and food choices.

Collaborate with doctors, physiotherapists, and other specialists to create holistic care plans.

Follow up with patients to assess progress and adjust plans as needed.

Conduct group counselling sessions or workshops as part of wellness initiatives.

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Stay updated on the latest research and trends in nutrition and dietetics.

Participate in wellness camps, hospital events, and community health programs.

Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nutrition & Dietetics or Clinical Nutrition.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build trust and rapport with patients.

Understanding of clinical nutrition, therapeutic diets, and modern counselling techniques.

Certification in diabetic counselling, sports nutrition, or weight management (preferred but not mandatory).

Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
