As a key player in our company, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the functionality, performance, and security of our clients' websites.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Website Management**:

- Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring all content, links, and functionalities are current and working correctly.
- Perform regular audits to ensure websites are optimized for performance, usability, and accessibility.
- Implement updates, patches, and bug fixes to ensure the website’s security and reliability.

2. **Development and Maintenance**:

- Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to implement new features and functionalities.
- Ensure websites are responsive, mobile-friendly, and cross-browser compatible.
- Monitor site performance, speed, and downtime, taking immediate action to resolve any issues.

3. **SEO and Analytics**:

- Optimize website structure and content for search engine optimization (SEO) to improve site rankings.
- Set up and manage website analytics, generating reports on traffic, user behavior, and site performance.
- Implement strategies to improve conversion rates and user engagement.

4. **Security and Compliance**:

- Ensure all websites comply with legal requirements, such as GDPR and other relevant regulations.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect websites from cyber threats, including regular backups, SSL certificates, and firewalls.
- Respond to security breaches or threats promptly, minimizing potential damage.

5. **Client Support**:

- Provide technical support to clients, resolving issues related to website functionality and performance.
- Train clients on the use of content management systems (CMS) and other web tools as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions.

6. **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated on the latest web technologies, tools, and trends to continuously improve website performance and user experience.
- Propose and implement enhancements to streamline website management processes.

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum of 5 years of experience** as a Web Master
- Proven expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages.
- Extensive experience with content management systems (CMS), particularly WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Strong understanding of web security practices and compliance regulations.
- Ability to troubleshoot website issues quickly and effectively.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
- Familiarity with web hosting and domain management.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
