**Overview**:
The Content Development Team plays a crucial role in creating engaging and educational resources for students in various states across the United States. As an English Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will be responsible for contributing to the development of content that enhances students' understanding of English concepts while making the learning experience enjoyable and effective.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Research and Blueprinting**:

- Conduct in-depth research to understand curriculum requirements for specific grade levels.
- Develop comprehensive blueprints for English courses, ensuring alignment with educational standards.

**Collaboration and Project Management**:

- Collaborate with expert teachers in the USA to design and create content that aids students in mastering the skills needed to excel in state assessments.
- Take ownership of projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality educational content.

**Integration of AI/Technology**:

- Creatively incorporate artificial intelligence and technology to enhance the learning experience for students in the areas of English language concepts.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and educational trends to continually improve content delivery methods.

**Learning Support**:

- Provide comprehensive learning support through the development of printed materials and online content.
- Ensure that content is tailored to diverse learning styles and is accessible to a wide range of students.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Educational Background**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

**Experience**:

- 2-5 years of experience in creating educational content.
- Demonstrated success in developing engaging and effective learning materials.

**Domain Knowledge**:

- Strong conceptual knowledge of English language and literature.
- Knowledge of the US state curriculum will be an added advantage.
- Ability to frame grade-appropriate questions, review and correct errors.

**Communication Skills**:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

**Research and Creative Thinking**:

- Demonstrated research skills and a creative approach to content development.

**Problem Solving**:

- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges in the development process.

**Project Management**:

- Proven project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
