**Job description**

**Role & responsibilities**
- Making day to day bookkeeping and accounting entries in Financial System including sales, purchase, journal entries
- Maintenance and Back up of Accounting Records
- Preparation of Payment Vouchers for payments on the due dates
- Reconciliation of Bank Accounts with Books
- Maintenance of Petty Cash Records.
- Reconciliation of Vendor and Customer Accounts/Balances with own records.
- Preparing Reports for daily Bank and Cash position
- Creating of Job Costing Reports
- Preparing Reports for Receivables and Payables of the Company.
- Preparation of GST and Income Tax records for submitting in the Statutory Returns.
- Making Statutory Payments on time including GST, TDS, ESIC, PF etc
- Assist in Creating the Financial Statements of the Company
- Creating MIS Reports and Statements as may be required by the Finance Manager on a regular basis.
- Assisting in completion of Internal and External Audit.
- Participating in Physical Inventory at Factory and maintenance of Inventory records
- Any other responsibility as may be assigned from time to time by the Finance Manager/Directors.
