Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, etc.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis
- Work closely with creative teams to develop effective ad copy and visuals
- Prepare reports on campaign performance and key metrics
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

**Requirements**:

- 0-1 year of experience in digital marketing (internships or freelance projects count)
- Must have completed at least one relevant digital marketing course or internship
- Basic understanding of paid advertising and campaign management
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
- Good communication skills - written and verbal
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a team player
