JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Business Manager has the responsibility of driving sales and achieving the sales target Advisor Recruitment Recruitment of Advisor Training of Advisor Target Achievement Drive sales and achieve goal sheet targets.

Recruitment of Advisor (Create 1 MDRT Advisor) Activisation of Advisor (20% Activisation) Generate revenues as per Goal Sheet Achievement of Monthly / Quarterly / Half yearly and Annual Sales Target.

WORK EXPERIENCE PREFERRED CREDENTIALS:
1-4 years In Agency Channel
- LI Age: 40 years max (ok with 42-43 years)

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
