Fild Boy

**Job Overview**:
A Field Boy is responsible for performing outdoor and on-site tasks to support company operations. The role involves traveling to different locations, handling deliveries, assisting field staff, and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver and collect documents, parcels, or goods from clients and offices.
- Assist field staff or sales teams with on-ground activities.
- Maintain records of deliveries and collections.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned fieldwork.
- Support basic office errands when required.
- Handle customer interactions politely while on the field.
- Follow company guidelines and safety protocols during travel.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass (varies by company).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the city.
- Punctual, reliable, and hardworking.
- Basic knowledge of local routes (if travel is involved).
- Two-wheeler and driving license (preferred in some jobs).
