**Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Strategy and Execution**:

- Develop and implement strategic social media plans that support and amplify client marketing goals.
- Manage and optimize social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) to maximize brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Run meta ads campaigns across platforms like Facebook to target specific demographics and optimize ad performance.

**Content Creation and Management**:

- Develop and curate high-quality content calendars that align with client brand identities and campaign objectives.

Meta Ads Campaign Management:

- Plan, Execute,& Optimize meta ads campaigns to enhance client visibility and engagement.
- Utilize advanced targeting strategies and audience segmentation techniques to maximize campaign effectiveness.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of social media campaigns.
- Analyze data to derive actionable insights and optimize strategies for improved campaign effectiveness and ROI.

**Client Collaboration**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on social media strategy and performance.
- Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and expectations.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role within an advertising agency, with a track record of successfully managing social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Experience in running meta ads campaigns on platforms like Facebook, with a focus on targeting and optimizing ad performance.
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills, with a keen eye for visual design and storytelling.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with clients and internal teams.
