As a **Gym Trainer at BurnFit**, you’ll be part of a team that inspires, educates, and empowers.

**Responsibilities**
- Design and deliver customized workout plans for clients based on their goals and fitness levels
- Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions with energy and professionalism
- Monitor client progress and adjust routines to maximize results
- Educate members on proper form, technique, and injury prevention
- Maintain a clean, safe, and motivating workout environment
- Promote BurnFit’s wellness programs, challenges, and events
- Stay updated with fitness trends, certifications, and training techniques
- Assist in onboarding new members and guiding them through their fitness journey

**Requirements**:

- Certified Fitness Trainer
- Strong knowledge of strength training, cardio, HIIT, and functional fitness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals
- Ability to motivate and engage clients of all ages and fitness levels
- Basic understanding of nutrition and recovery principles
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
