We are looking for skilled and enthusiastic **Optometrists** to join our **Lenskart Flagship Franchise Store - Virar West**.

₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations for customers.
- Diagnose vision problems and prescribe suitable corrective solutions (glasses/contact lenses).
- Assist in detecting common eye diseases and refer patients when needed.
- Provide expert advice on eyewear, contact lenses, and lens options.
- Offer a customer-friendly experience aligned with Lenskart standards.
- Maintain accurate records of eye tests, prescriptions, and follow-ups.
- Participate in store promotions, eye camps, and brand-building activities if required.

**Skills & Competencies**
- Strong knowledge of vision testing and optometric equipment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric approach with patience and empathy.
- Attention to detail and precision in prescriptions.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s / Diploma in Optometry from a recognized institution.
- Registration with the Optometry Council (preferred, not mandatory).
- Training will be officially provided by Lenskart.
