**Description**:

- You will start your journey at Dezy as a Chief General Dentist.Roles & Responsibilities:

- 1) Comprehensive treatment planning and liaising the same with consultants and patients about treatment plans.

2) Carry out general dentistry procedures. Overseeing clinic operations and staff duties.

3) Keeping the management informed about the administration and performance of the clinic.

4) Managing the clinic's budget, billing system, inventory and regular maintenance.

5) Monitoring procedures to deliver optimal patient experience and care.

6) Ensure that all policies and procedures function in accordance with organizational standards.

**Requirements**:

- 1) Completed BDS with MDS Endodontics. A good theoretical understanding of all treatment procedures.

2) Clinical expertise in general dentistry procedures such as extractions, Restoration, tooth prep and delivery, periodontal procedures etc.

3) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

4) Analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise ethical judgment when making treatment decisions.

5) Must be patient-oriented and prepared to liaise with patients, their families and other care providers.
