Qualification: Graduate (MBA Preferred)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to handle B2B sales for yarn, carpets, home

generating leads, maintaining relationships, and closing sales. This is a field-based role requiring

regular client visits in and around Panipat.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and follow up on B2B leads through cold calls, direct visits, and strategic sales

efforts
- Visit potential clients (dealers, wholesalers, exporters, manufacturers) and pitch

relevant products
- Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions from the product range
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for sampling, pricing, and timely delivery
- Report on market feedback, competitor activity, and customer trends
- Meet monthly sales targets and submit performance reports

**Required Skills**:

- Sound knowledge of yarn, carpets, or home furnishing industry preferred
- Strong selling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Good communication and client-facing ability
