Position: UI/UX Designer
Experience: 1-1.5 Years
Location: Mohali Phase 8b

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and usability findings
- Develop wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively
- Design visually appealing user interfaces that ensure a seamless user experience across all platforms (web and mobile)
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and interpret data to iterate on designs
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and deliver a consistent user experience
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, UI patterns, and best practices
- Ensure brand consistency throughout all design projects

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing user interface design and user experience work
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software
- Solid understanding of wireframing, prototyping, and visual design tools
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development principles
- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate designs based on user testing and stakeholder input

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,661.22 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
