Role Summary &Role Description

Minimum 10-15+ years of experience in Oracle ERP as Development Manager with 5+ years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud ERP (SaaS) for a global company. Looking for a Senior Leader that can direct the team in migrating to Oracle Finance Cloud and Oracle Procurement Cloud from R12 E-Business Suite.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Manage the offshore Oracle Cloud ERP Offshore Development work stream including the analysis, design, and implementation of new functions on the cloud platform. Work closely with US based development team to review, scope, prioritize work with our business partners, and manage execution/delivery.
- Work with Integration Leads to standardize the integration patterns for on-prem to/from Oracle Cloud. Review designs for new integrations.
- Work closely with Finance to analyze, design, and implement functionality across Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Expenses) and Procurement (Sourcing, Contracts, Spend Analytics).
- Work within a global development team and be able to work across different teams and time zones.
- Communicate technical and functional concepts to business users to facilitate decision making.
- Work with external vendors to solution end product.
- Work with QA test teams to resolve issues and address performance issues.
- Document overall technical architecture capturing security profile, data flow diagrams, integrations, and disaster recovery planning.

Core/Must have skills
- 10-15 years experience with Oracle E-Business Suite with hands on experience working on Finance modules (AP, AR, FA, CM, GL) as well as the Procurement modules.
- Several implementations of moving from E-Business Suite to Oracle Finance Cloud and Oracle Procurement Cloud in a leadership role.
- Experience in integrating ERP Cloud with other systems using middleware, Webservices, and REST APIs using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Experience as a hands-on developer and techno/functional lead for ERP Cloud and OIC Cloud.
- Demonstrable experience implementing large-scale Oracle ERP Cloud solutions for a global organization (preferably in the Finance/Insurance industry).
- Strong knowledge of Finance business processes, a clear understanding of standard methodologies, using Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle EBS.
- Use of modern methodologies to increase the speed of delivering software (e.g., Agile, DevOps, test automation, etc.)
- Experience implementing and integration of ERP Cloud to EPM Products in a plus
- Team Leadership skills
- Oracle Cloud Certifications
- Agile experience is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to learn new things and develop new skills
- Eliminate bottlenecks and maximize team efficiency
- Be a champion for the team, coach others, and encourage them to grow within the organization
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Finance or equivalent

Good to have skills
- Database tuning to simplify complex codes
- Experience patching on-prem Oracle Financials a plus (Weblogic, Database, Applications)
- OIC to support integrations to/from the Oracle Cloud
