Should be a team player as work involves working around production teams. Should be able to schedule and direct production based on work orders and ensure smooth flow of production.
Ensuring production targets are achieved from the resources in terms of Man, Machine & Materials deployed by the company.
Should have basic engineering knowledge, checking measurements of the jobs being carried out is key requirement of the position along with proper use of production tooling and equipment and ensuring safety for workers.
Keeping a track of workflow, storage of WIP through to final deliveries and reducing material wastages during the process
Maintaining decorum and quick response in addressing any problems amongst the work teams.
Timely reporting to management regarding any delays, stoppages or otherwise that may affect workflow, timelines or quality of materials being produced.
Maintain punctuality along with worker attendance muster.
Proficiency in MS Excel is a plus as job may require updating Stock files and Work Order Sheets.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
