**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Design and develop engaging and innovative lesson plans aligned with the school's curriculum and educational standards, incorporating diverse teaching methodologies to cater to different learning styles.
- **Instructional Delivery**: Deliver high-quality instruction in Physics, utilizing effective teaching strategies to facilitate student understanding and engagement. Utilize educational technology and resources to enhance the learning experience.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Develop appropriate assessments to evaluate student progress and comprehension of physics concepts. Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning, ensuring discipline and order while fostering a supportive and respectful atmosphere among students.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues to plan interdisciplinary activities, share best practices, and contribute to the overall development of the school's academic program. Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and academic concerns.
- **Professional Development**: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay abreast of advancements in the field of physics education and enhance teaching skills.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Master's degree in Physics or a related field from a recognized institution.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification preferred.
- Previous teaching experience at the secondary or higher secondary level, preferably in a matriculation school.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Proficiency in educational technology and willingness to integrate technology into teaching practices.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and continuous improvement in teaching practice.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
