**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Office Coordination**:

- Oversee general office operations, including office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Assist in preparing and organizing reports, presentations, and documents for meetings.
- Provide administrative support to different departments as needed.
- **Data Entry and Management**:

- Enter, update, and maintain data into company systems accurately and efficiently.
- Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into databases.
- Generate reports and track data for analysis as required.
- Maintain organized records and files for easy access and retrieval.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient completion of tasks.
- Communicate with internal teams and external vendors or clients as needed.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing company documentation and filing systems.
- **General Administrative Support**:

- Assist with preparing invoices, managing inventory, and maintaining office budgets.
- Handle travel arrangements and manage office-related logistics.
- Perform any other administrative duties as assigned.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Office Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

**Education & Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
- Previous experience in data entry or office administration is preferred.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position, standard office hours.
- Office environment, with occasional work on projects requiring extra hours.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
