**Job Description**:
We are looking Front End Architect, with expertise in ReactJs, Redux, JavaScript, HTML & CSS with min 16 years of experience in the art of UI development.

The main roles & responsibilities:

- Evaluate code to ensure that it is valid, is properly structured, meets industry standards, and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems.
- Maintain understanding of current Web technologies or programming practices through continuing education, reading, or participation in professional conferences, workshops, or groups.
- Analyze user needs to determine technical requirements.
- Develop or validate test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types.
- Processing Information — compiling, coding, categorizing, calculating, tabulating, auditing, or verifying information or data.
- Making Decisions and Solving Problems — analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
- Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates — providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates.
- Identifying Objects, Actions, and Events — Identifying information by categorizing, estimating, recognizing differences or similarities, and detecting changes in circumstances or events.
- Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work — Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
- Analyzing Data or Information — Identifying the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts.

Qualification, Experience & Skill Set Required:

- You must be proficient in Problem Solving and Data structures since you got to find the best way of handling huge set of data.
- Strong hands-on experience with JAVASCRIPT, OOPS Concepts, REACTJS, NodeJS etc
- Build tools such as grunt, gulp, webpack.
- Exceptional debugging skills and knowledge on browser developer tools
- Familiar with optimization techniques (both in file weight and perceived/actual processing speed), debugging techniques, dynamic content retrieval, state management e.g: (Redux), cross-browser support.

Deep experience developing modular, object-oriented JavaScript Strong command of the HTTP protocol and the latest web standards
- Knowledge on Node server, Socket connections and mechanisms to handle real-time a sync data would be a plus.
- Very Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Very strong full stack experience with familiarity in serving technologies such as HTTP, CDN, proxies and caching
- Strong hands-on on writing test cases and documenting UI component.
