**Project** Description**:
Corporate Technology division of LSEG is responsible for technology architecture on behalf of the various business divisions comprising the London Stock Exchange Group.
As part of the Corporate Architecture function, you will be responsible for data architecture to support data processing, data modelling, data integrations, data preparation for reporting.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will also contribute enterprise architectural frameworks to data cataloguing, data security, data privacy & data life cycle management.
- You will also provide best possible architecture for unstructured data (records) management including capture, storing, protection and purging.
- You will also collaborate with business and technology leads, other architects, and data engineers to identify solutions which are compliant with the Group's Data Policy, Standards and Principles.

**Skills**:
Must have

1. A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Data Architect
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the Financial Services sector
3. Has excellent understanding of:
a. Data Architecture framework, standards, principles and data integration patterns
b. Software development, analysis and data modelling, databases, data integration
c. Technologies for database, ETL, Business Intelligence, data governance
4. Minimum 3 years of experience with any of the given tools Collibra, Solidatus, data.world, or any other data catalog tools in the industry.
5. Minimum 5 years’ experience working with cloud technologies AWS, AZURE.
6. Very strong in SQL, PL/SQL or T-SQL.
7. Vast experience in data modelling using tools such as Erwin, Power Designer, SQLDBM or Sparx EA.
8. Minimum 10 years experience in using databases such as Oracel, SQL Server, Snowflake or any other OLATP and OLAP databases.
9. Minimum 5 years experience with reporting tools Power BI, Business Objects, Tableau or OBI.
10. Understanding of Master Data Management technology landscape, processes and design principles. Minimum 3 years of experience with Informatica MDM or any other MDM tools (both customer and product domains).
11. Understanding of established data management and reporting technologies, and have some knowledge of columnar and NoSQL databases, predictive analytics, data visualization.
12. Understanding of GDPR and The Data Protection Act 2018
13. Understanding of predictive modelling, NLP and text analysis, Machine Learning
14. Data mining, visualization, and Machine Learning skills
15. Knowledge of programming languages inc. Python highly desirable.
16. Experienced in architecture design, data modelling, data migration (on premise to cloud, and vice versa) and data integration methodologies
17. Whole lifecycle experience from project inception, feasibility, design - through to project delivery.
18. Proven track record in operating large Data Governance programs and managing enterprise data assets in a complex organisation

Nice to have

Experience with data warehouse, data lake, and enterprise big data platforms in multi-data-center contexts required.
Good knowledge of metadata management and data modeling tools.
