**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle end-to-end **auto insurance claim** processes for company vehicles.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for claim filing, follow-ups, and settlement.
- Prepare and manage **billing**, **invoices**, and related documents.
- Maintain proper records of claims, company vehicles, and insurance documents.
- Support the legal documentation required in accidental cases (if applicable).
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain updated data using MS Excel.
- Assist in general back-office operations as required.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
**For Fresher’s**:

- Graduate with good communication skills.
- Strong MS Office skills, especially **Excel**.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Experience in, **billing**, or **legal documentation** or **auto insurance claims** will be preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel is mandatory).
- Detail-oriented and responsible.
- Ability to handle documentation and follow-up work efficiently.
- Ready to join immediately or on a short notice period.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
