Key Responsibilities:

- **Implement and Oversee Safety Programs**:Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
- **Conduct Workplace Inspections**:Regularly inspect the workplace to identify hazards, evaluate risks, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- **Investigate Incidents**:Investigate accidents, near misses, and other incidents to determine root causes and develop corrective actions.
- **Train Employees**:Provide training to employees on safety procedures, hazard recognition, and emergency response protocols.
- **Adhere to Regulations**:Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to occupational safety and health.
- **Communicate with Management and Employees**:Effectively communicate safety information, concerns, and updates to management and employees at all levels.
- **Maintain Records**:Keep accurate records of safety inspections, incident investigations, training records, and other relevant documentation.
- **Contribute to Safety Culture**:Promote a positive safety culture within the organization by encouraging open communication, proactive hazard identification, and safe work practices.
- **Advise on Safety Matters**:Provide guidance and recommendations on safety-related issues to management and employees.
- **Develop and Maintain Safety Procedures**:Develop and maintain safety procedures, manuals, and other safety-related materials.
- **Conduct Risk Assessments**:Identify and assess potential hazards and risks within the workplace.
- **Manage Incident Reporting Systems**:Maintain and manage incident reporting systems to track and analyze safety incidents.
- **Lead Safety Committees**:Lead or participate in safety committees to address safety concerns and promote safety initiatives.
- **Ensure Contractor Safety**:Ensure that contractors working on-site adhere to the same safety standards as employees.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
