**QA Automation**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Test Planning**: Collaborate with the QA team to identify test requirements, develop test strategies, and create test plans that align with project goals and quality objectives.
- **Test Execution**: Execute automated tests, analyse test results, and accurately report defects, ensuring proper documentation and timely resolution of issues.
- **Test Framework Enhancement**: Enhance and maintain the Test Cafe test automation framework by developing reusable components, utilities, and libraries to streamline test development and maintenance.
- **Test Data Management**: Create and manage test data, ensuring proper setup and clean-up of test environments to maintain test integrity and repeatability.
- **Continuous Integration**: Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline using tools like Jenkins, Travis CI, or other similar tools, enabling the execution of automated tests in a continuous integration environment.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and product managers, to understand requirements, identify areas of improvement, and ensure effective test coverage.
- **Test Documentation**: Create and maintain test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, test data, and test reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- **Quality Assurance**: Assist in manual testing efforts, perform exploratory testing, and participate in regression testing as needed to ensure comprehensive test coverage and deliver high-quality software**.**

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Test Automation**: Strong experience in developing and executing automated tests using Test Cafe or similar web automation frameworks. (3- 5 years)
- **Web Technologies**: Solid understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with web debugging tools (e.g., Chrome DevTools).
- **Testing Principles**: Sound knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices, including test case design, test data management, and defect tracking.
- **Programming Skills**: Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript, with the ability to write efficient, maintainable, and scalable code for test automation.
- **Test Frameworks**: Experience with testing frameworks and libraries, such as Mocha, Chai, or Jest, for writing assertions and organizing test cases.
- **Test Management Tools**: Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr) for test planning, execution, and reporting.
- **Version Control**: Experience with version control systems like Git, including branching, merging, and resolving conflicts.
- **Analytical Thinking**: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
- **Communication and Collaboration**: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- **Continuous Learning**: Demonstrated passion for staying up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in test automation**.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
