We are looking for a talented Social Media Specialist to administer our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.

As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_

**1. YouTube**:

- Create and produce engaging and informative videos.
- Promote and market videos to grow the channel's audience.
- Engage with viewers and build a community around the channel.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in video creation and marketing.
- Collaborate with other YouTubers and brands to cross-promote and reach a wider audience.

**2. Ideation for Weekly YouTube Content**:

- Brainstorm and propose innovative ideas for engaging and informative YouTube videos.
- Research current trends, exam-related topics, and competitor channels for content inspiration.
- Collaborate with instructors and content creators to develop content outlines and scripts.
- Ensure content aligns with our target audience's needs and preferences.

**3. Facebook Marketing and Whatsapp / Telegram Marketing**:

- Develop and execute Facebook campaigns to promote our brand.
- Conduct thorough audience research to target relevant demographics effectively.
- Optimize ad performance through continuous monitoring, testing, and act based upon analysis report presented by Digital Marketing Manager.
- Collaborate with the Creative team to create engaging visuals.
- Be up to date with Whatsapp / Telegram Marketing.

**4. Managing Posting Schedule**:

- Develop and maintain a content calendar for Social Media uploads.
- Coordinate with video editors and content creators to ensure timely delivery of videos.
- Monitor and guide support team on responses of comments, feedback, and inquiries on Social Media platforms.
- **Requirements**:_

1. Excellent understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO, and social media platforms

2. Strong creative thinking and ideation skills to develop engaging content concepts.

3. Proficiency in using graphic design software and video editing tools is a plus.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
