**Timings**: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

**Working Days**: 6 days a week

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to sell educational courses offered by Little Leaders.
- Provide detailed information about the courses, including benefits, curriculum, and pricing.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate courses.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into enrollments.
- Maintain a database of customer information and follow up on leads.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns regarding course offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for increasing enrollments.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Tele Caller or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence customers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
