**Job Title**: Academic Counselor

**Location**: Gurgaon

**Timing**: 10:00 AM - 06:30 PM

**Days**: Monday to Saturday

**Experience**: Mini. 1 Year

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide telephonic counseling to students and parents on academic and career choices.
- Generating leads through Cold Calling
- Understand and explain the academic programs offered by People Smart and its benefits.
- Guide students in selecting appropriate courses based on their interests and goals.
- Provide information about admission procedures, eligibility criteria, fees, and scholarships.
- Address students' concerns and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and counseling sessions.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless student experience.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in academic counseling or related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with MS Office and database management.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
- Comfortable working in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with online counseling platforms (desirable)
