**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain products or services clearly and effectively.
- Maintain a database of customer information and call records.
- Follow up with customers on previous interactions.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for field sales executives.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Handle customer queries and resolve them politely.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Excellent verbal communication in Tamil and basic **English**/Hindi.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence and a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle rejections and remain calm under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM software is an added advantage.
