As a Graphic Designer Intern at Folks Palette, you will have the opportunity to unleash your creativity and gain hands-on experience in designing visual assets for various digital and print platforms. Under the guidance of our experienced design team, you will contribute to the creation of compelling graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content that align with our brand identity and objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for digital and print materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, website banners, marketing collateral, presentations, and advertisements.
- Design and produce high-quality visual assets that effectively communicate key messages, enhance brand awareness, and engage our target audience.
- Utilize industry-standard software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to create visually appealing designs with attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Assist in the creation of multimedia content, including video graphics, animations, and interactive elements, to enhance user experience and engagement.
- Adapt existing designs for various platforms and formats while maintaining visual integrity and optimizing for different screen sizes and resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, provide creative input, and ensure deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and software updates to continuously improve skills and contribute fresh ideas to the team.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software/tools.
- Strong artistic skills with a keen eye for design, layout, typography, and color theory.
- Creativity and the ability to think conceptually to translate ideas into visually compelling designs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Basic understanding of web design principles, UI/UX concepts, and responsive design is a plus.

Pay: ₹500.00 per month
