**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly.
- Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and presentation.
- Schedule appointments and assist in calendar management.
- Perform basic administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and handling office supplies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to assist with various office needs.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company or direct to the appropriate person.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
