**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assist in Design Conceptualization**:

- Collaborate with senior designers to develop design concepts based on client requirements and project goals.
- Contribute ideas for color schemes, furniture layouts, and overall design aesthetics.
- **Space Planning**:

- Assist in creating space plans and layouts that optimize functionality and flow within a given space.
- Learn to consider spatial relationships, circulation, and ergonomic principles.
- **Material and Furniture Selection**:

- Research and source materials, finishes, and furniture options that align with the design vision.
- Help in preparing material boards and presentations for client review.
- **AutoCAD and Design Software**:

- Gain proficiency in using AutoCAD and other relevant design software for creating floor plans, elevations, and 3D models.
- **Project Documentation**:

- Support the team in preparing design documentation, including specifications, schedules, and drawings.
- Learn to create and maintain organized project files.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Participate in client meetings to understand their preferences, provide design updates, and address inquiries.
- **Research and Stay Updated**:

- Stay informed about current design trends, materials, and industry innovations.
- Contribute to the team's knowledge base with fresh ideas and insights.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- **Creativity and Design Sense**:Strong aesthetic sensibility and an understanding of design principles. Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate design concepts and ideas clearly.
- **Team Collaboration**: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Willingness to learn and take direction from senior designers.

**Salary**: ₹8,315.66 - ₹20,000.00 per month
