**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to extract insights and drive decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions.
- Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations.
- Prototype and experiment with cutting-edge AI techniques, including generative AI, to explore new possibilities.
- Design and implement scalable and efficient solutions for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training.
- Utilize cloud computing platforms and containerization technologies to deploy and manage machine learning pipelines.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI/ML technologies and methodologies, and integrate them into our workflows.
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear and compelling presentations and reports.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as computer science, software engineering, or data science, is recommended. Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience working in an AI/Machine Learning Engineering role.
- Proficient in Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Deep knowledge of ML techniques, including linear algebra and statistics.
- Working experience with at least one deep learning framework (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Caffe, Keras).
- Familiarity with object detection, tracking, semantic or instance segmentation in computer vision, and NLP techniques.
- Nice to have experience with Generative AI.
- Proficient in software design patterns, with the ability to write abstract, reusable, and modular code.
- Experience with at least one cloud provider solution (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Relevant working experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Ability to quickly prototype ideas and solve complex problems by adapting creative approaches.
- Experience working in an AGILE development team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Up to ₹3,500,000.00 per year
