**Job Title: Telecaller - Ayurveda Products**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**:

- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers who have shown interest in Ayurveda products.
- Educate customers about the benefits and features of our Ayurvedic offerings.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Possess in-depth knowledge of Ayurveda principles and the specific benefits of the products offered.
- Stay updated on new products and developments in the Ayurvedic industry.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Build rapport with customers and address their inquiries regarding Ayurvedic products.
- Provide accurate information and guidance on product usage, dosage, and potential benefits.
- **Sales Conversion**:

- Effectively communicate product value propositions and persuade customers to make a purchase.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the organization.
- **Follow-up**:

- Conduct follow-up calls to existing and potential customers to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Gather feedback on product satisfaction and report insights to the management team.
- **Database Management**:

- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
- Record customer interactions, transactions, and feedback for future reference

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
