Ø Lead production operations, coordinate production staff and equipment, and ensure the quality and profitability of products.

Ø Responsible to prepare SOP of the related areas.

Ø Responsible to Compliance of SOPs in the related production areas.

Ø Responsible for plant production and maintenance work.

Ø Responsible for manage production staff and worker’s day to day activity.

Ø Responsible to achieve production targets given by management.

Ø Responsible for Material Issue and Return as per Production target.

Ø Responsible to in process quality check-up during filling & packing process.

Ø Responsible for determining the best and most efficient uses of the available resources, including equipment and labor, to meet production goals.

Ø Responsible to ensure the Maintenance of cleanliness, personal hygiene, machineries in controlled production area.

Ø Monitoring the product running effectively in the related production areas.

Ø Manage and motivate the staff, monitoring them to ensure they meet performance and safety requirements.

Ø Monitor the progress of production, confirming that it stays on schedule and within budget.

Ø Meet regularly with production teams to analyze any problems and ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products.

Ø Can think creatively to solve problems, and are proven leaders who can inspire those around them for positive outcomes.

Ø Responsible for maintaining documents / preparation of documents / SOP as per ISO.

Ø Responsible for ISO Audit.

Ø Time to time submit report to Management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
