Bachelor's degree in Animation, Computer Graphics, or related field preferred; but not mandatory

As a 3D animator, you will be responsible for designing and creating dynamic, visually stunning animations for various purposes. You will collaborate closely with other members of the team to ensure that the animations meet the project's creative vision and technical requirements.

**Requirements**:

- 3-4 years of experience in the same domain
- Bachelor's degree in Animation, Computer Graphics, or related field preferred; but not mandatory
- Proven experience as a 3D animator, with a strong portfolio showcasing your animation skills
- Proficiency in 3D animation software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, or Cinema 4D
- Solid understanding of animation principles, including timing, weight, and posing
- Strong artistic and creative abilities, with an eye for detail and aesthetics
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to animation production
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new techniques and software tools

**Responsibilities**:

- **Storyboard Interpretation**: Interpret storyboards and scripts to understand the animation requirements and desired visual style
- **Animation Production**: Produce high-quality 3D animations using industry-standard software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, or Cinema 4D
- **3D Modeling**: Create detailed 3D models of characters, props, and environments, adhering to concept art and design specifications
- **Keyframe Animation**: Create keyframe animations to define the motion and timing of characters and objects within the scene
- **Motion Capture Integration**: Integrate motion capture data into animations to enhance realism and efficiency
- **Feedback Incorporation**: Review and incorporate feedback from team members to refine animations and meet project requirements
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure animations meet quality standards and technical specifications, including resolution, frame rate, and file formats
- **Deadline Management**: Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and deliver animations on schedule
